Carmen Reviriego

President

President of Callia Foundation, promoter of the Ibero-American Patronage Awards, an initiative that brings together the main business leaders around social commitment to art.

In 2007 she founded her own company, Callia. Transcends collecting -with an international presence- to advise on art collecting from an artistic and patronage perspective, a project that is recognised nationally for its contribution to business innovation.

Among other awards, she has been recognized by the Business Council Alliance for Ibero-America with the “2019 Ibero-American Woman” award.

Member of the Board of Directors of the Queen Sofia Spanish Institute in NY. Columnist for Forbes magazine with whom she regularly publishes conversations with major collectors and patrons.

Carmen Reviriego is the author of three reference books in informative and university fields: “La Suerte de Dar (The Luck of Giving)”, “El Laberinto del Arte (The laberynth of art)” and “De viaje por la Ruta del Arte (A journey around the route of art)”.

Amadeo Petitbò

Secretary of the Board

Professor of Applied Economics at the Complutense University of Madrid, vice president of the Spanish Association of Foundations and former director of the Rafael del Pino Foundation. He has been granted the Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit among others distinctions.

Amadeo Petitbò has a degree in Political, Economic and Commercial Sciences from the University of Barcelona. Doctor of Economic Science by the Autonomous University of Barcelona, associate professor in 1983 and since 1986 professor of Applied Economics at the University of Barcelona.

He has been a researcher at The London School of Economics and visiting professor at the Universities of Warwick, Perpignan, Pavia and Barcelona. During the years 1989 to 1990, he headed the Department of Political Economy, Public Finance and Tax Law of the University of Barcelona.

In 1999 he began as an academic at the Royal Academy of Doctors and was named Economist of Merit by the College of Economists of Catalonia. Expert on issues related to foundations, law and economy of markets and competition.

Isaac Cerdeira

Treasurer

He is partner and CEO of Callia Art.

Executive with over 30 years of experience in the field of Consulting and Information Technology, he developed his career mainly internationally in top Consulting firms.

Engineer from the École Supérieure d´Informatique of Paris, MA in Information Technology Management from Instituto de Directivos de Empresa de Madrid and PADE by IESE Business School – University of Navarra.

Charo Izquierdo

Member of the Board of Trustees

Charo Izquierdo is a journalist, writer and independent consultant. 

Vice President of the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Foundation and Editorial Advisor of the newspaper El Español. 

She has received numerous awards, including the “8 de Marzo” Award from the Community of Madrid; the Directive of the Year Award from the Spanish Association of Businesswomen; recognition from the Ministry of Equality for her contribution to the elimination of violence against women; and the Women Together Award from the United Nations.

Isaac Cerdeira Reviriego

Director

With a background of more than 10 years in the IT consultancy sector. He has provided advice to clients from different sectors, implementing efficient and customised IT solutions. He has participated in system integration and software development projects, standing out for his commitment to excellence and his constant search for innovation.

Studies in Business Administration at the European University of Madrid, Degree in Computer Applications Development at the Francisco de Vitoria University of Madrid and Marketing for the Art World at Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London.

Julia Franc Miñana

Project Coordinator

She manages the different parts of the foundation’s projects including communication.

With a background in Art History from the University of Zaragoza, Law from the University Autónoma of Madrid, postgraduate studies in Art Market from the University of Nebrija and specialization programs in Foundation Management (in progress).
